Born on the turian colony Oma Ker, Victus(no relations with the primarch!) became a popular military captain after defeating several pirate flotillas that was hitting both turian and human colonies, after his good tactics with a frigate, he was promoted to admiral for the turian 33rd flotilla, were he got the command over 2 cruisers the Phaeston and Krysae(also his favorite weapons),several fighters and a spec ops team, right after the commision of this fleet in 2185, they were assigned to help guarding the volus homeplanet, when the reapers came in 2186 the fleet was told to lay in reserve and hold the planet at any cost, when the reaper arrived in the Aethon cluster 33rd flottila engaged the enemy fleet with the volus and turian defence fleet, The Phaeston, Krysae and some other ships held the line and destroyed two destroyers and 1 capital ship vs the reapers. But when the reapers were getting close and started overhelming the fleets, they fled the system, and jumped to Oma Ker to defend it, they are fighting the reapers, but both sides are waiting reinforcements, and its the first one who arrives can decide the fate of that system!

Current combat

But the fleet is still operational, the fighters are making runs to lure the enemy oruclus to the fleet were they could annialate em, the spec ops team are also deployed to the planet when the reapers are falling back, or making a push or supporting any offensive/covert ops, in difference to most other systems the reapers are severly outnumbered, and their foothold is falling,Victus fleet has veen giving much needed orbital support to the ground troops aswell as killing 2 reaper destoyers, and severly damaging one of three reaper capital ships, the current status is that the joint tuiran/volus fleet has only lost 10% of their fleet, they still maintain a dreadnought, a dozen cruisers, and plenty of frigates, fighters and troops
